The hotel was nice, our room was large, loved it. The room for our needs. The service was outstanding and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was particularly good, near downtown, in the nice area. Also, it was 10 min drive from Milliken Museum.
Everything great.

The hotel is immaculately clean and located in a nice building not far from the coast and Yosemite. The rooms have comfy mattresses and the staff is friendly. There is a wide array of breakfast options available.

For $40 and only 10 minutes off the freeway, it was a great deal. The bed was decent and good size room.
Looks like the whole building was updated some time recently, but still needs more work.

The location was fine considering the wedding I was attending was minutes away.
The tub/shower step in was extremely too high. My grandmother traveled with me & we had to check out of the hotel due to the lack of handicap accessibility. There were rumors floating around indicating the property was a truck stop and the majority of the guests were prostitutes. I was very disappointed. Family members in Los Banos indicated this was "The Worst" hotel in the city.

I didnt like that another guess tell me that. Maid said over the walkie talkie that we must be " tweeters" now that is slandering my name n definition of character. Im very upset about this. I want tho problem fixed. This is a guna get fixed.

Only I liked the price of the room. Me and my family have been having a hard time and this "was" reasonable and confortable. Now we feel uncomfortable here.
I didnt like that I was acused of taking towels. (And staff told me who told on me. ) unprofessional. Not to mention embarrassing.

I liked how the maid called us tweekers. When really she is. The staff is friendly to who they want to. Thier friends n thier family.
I didnt like when another guess told me; she over heard the maid saying (on walkie talkie )we must be tweekers. Cause our towels were dirty. Me: Red roof is pet friendly: our doggy was lost for hours, upon finding her she was full of oil. From hidding under the cars. I took her a bath that night @ red roof. I only had the towel to use. That was when we finally got into a decent room for the night. That is just wrong for the employees to say that. That is decimation of character. And slander I did nothing wrong.

The price was good!
When we arrived to our room, half the lights did not work in the room. There was a pair of flip flops on the floor between the beds and the bath was very dirty.

I felt very unsafe in this hotel
Carpet filthy, electric outlets not functional, no coffee-the hotel staff just said they ran out-they should have purchased some at a local grocery store-they were out for 3 days. neighbors were about 6 in a room and were saying the f word loud and having some sort of rage at 5am every morning, I was afraid to leave my room and be outside, and afraid my car would be broken into. Lastly the parking lot was full of trash and the asphalt had not been maintained-full of holes. It will be worth spending another 10-20 dollars a nite and not staying at this hotel.
